How long do other documents, such as contracts and certificates, take?
It depends on the number of pages and the type of content. We confirm the exact delivery time with your quote before we start. Urgent requests are delivered the same day or at the time we confirm, and an extra fee applies to urgent work. Urgent translation
How much does a certified translation cost?
There is no single price for every document. The cost depends on the document type, the number of pages and density of text, the language, and the turnaround you need. Send a photo of your document on WhatsApp and a firm price comes back to you before any work begins, with no obligation.
Can I order online without visiting the office?
Yes. Send a photo or PDF on WhatsApp and you will receive your quote and delivery time. Once you confirm, we translate, review and certify, then send you the stamped electronic copy. If you also need the printed copy, we can deliver it to you, or you can collect it from our Al Khobar branch. How to order
Is a phone photo of my document good enough?
In most cases, yes, as long as it is clear and fully legible, with stamps, numbers and dates visible. If an image isn’t readable, we will ask for a better one before starting. Some authorities want the translation attached to a copy of the original, so check the receiving authority’s requirements.
Are your translations stamped and certified?
Yes. We are a licensed certified translation office in Saudi Arabia, license No. 64. Every translation we deliver is stamped and signed, and it is reviewed by a second translator before certification.
Are your translations accepted by embassies and government bodies?
Almadani Translation appears on the translator lists of the British and U.S. embassies in Riyadh. Appearing there is not an endorsement, and acceptance is always decided by the receiving authority. We provide a certified translation that is stamped and signed, which is the format authorities normally ask for, but every embassy and government body has its own rules. Some only accept translators from their own list, and some require additional legalisation. We always recommend confirming the receiving authority’s requirements before you order, and we are happy to help you read them. Embassy and visa translation
