Why a branch in Al Khobar?

The Eastern Province has needs unlike anywhere else. This is where the energy and petrochemical industries are concentrated, where thousands of contractors and equipment suppliers operate, and where a multinational community of engineers, technicians, doctors and teachers lives with their families. Minutes away, the King Fahd Causeway runs to Bahrain, and King Abdulaziz Port in Dammam receives cargo from around the world.

So we chose a branch in the heart of Al Khobar, close to the companies and families we serve.

An important note: our Eastern Province branch is in Al Khobar only, and we do not have an office in Dammam. Clients in Dammam and Dhahran order on WhatsApp and receive their documents by delivery or collect them from the branch.

How we work

A translator, then a reviewer

Every official translation is done by a translator specialised in that document type, then checked by a second translator who focuses on what people usually get wrong: names, figures, dates and terminology.

Stamp and signature

A certified translation is issued stamped and signed by a licensed office, ready to submit to the authority that asked for it.

Confidentiality

Only the assigned translator and reviewer see your documents, and we sign a non-disclosure agreement on request.

Clarity before we start

We do not publish fixed prices, because every document is different. We send a quote and delivery time before you commit, and for urgent work we tell you the urgent fee in advance.

Speed where it matters
