Certified Translation for Embassy & Visa Applications

Eastern Province residents are among the most frequent travellers in the Kingdom: summer holidays in Europe, study in the UK, the US and Canada, business trips to Asia and constant family visits. Each trip comes with a visa file that needs embassy certified translation for bank statements, salary certificates, iqamas and family papers. At Almadani Translation’s Al Khobar branch we translate your whole file, stamped and signed, with names consistent on every page, and a second translator reviews it before your appointment.

Visa files we prepare in the Eastern Province

Schengen and United Kingdom visas

Most tourist and visit applications need financial and employment evidence: several months of bank statements, a salary certificate, an employer letter and a copy of the iqama or ID. These applications are usually lodged at the visa application centres serving the Eastern Province, and every country has its own checklist.

United States

The U.S. Consulate General in Dhahran provides consular services to Eastern Province residents. Supporting documents for visa applications or consular services may need English translation, and requirements vary with the type of application.

Canada, Australia and New Zealand

Study and immigration files for these countries are long and detailed and require full translation of any document not in English or French, with names matching exactly.

Bahrain and the Gulf

Bahrain is close, but some cases still need translated documents, especially for family members of other nationalities or for work and study purposes.

Visas for people coming to the Kingdom

Companies recruiting staff and families bringing relatives over sometimes need certificates and documents issued abroad translated into Arabic.

Documents most requested in visa files

Consistency: what the embassy looks for

A visa officer reads your file as a whole. If your name appears as “Mohammed” on a bank statement and “Muhammad” on a salary certificate, or your employer’s name differs between two letters, you may be asked to explain. So we:

  • Use your passport spelling for every name in the file
  • Fix your employer’s name and your job title as they appear on its official documents
  • Translate the whole file in one go, with a second translator checking document against document

Important before you order

Embassy requirements change, and some require translations by a translator registered with them or extra attestation. We are listed on the translator lists of the British Embassy and the U.S. Embassy in Riyadh, but a listing is not an endorsement or a guarantee, and acceptance is decided by the receiving authority alone. Check the embassy’s or visa centre’s checklist before you send your documents.

Visa translation FAQ

Do you guarantee the embassy will accept the translation?

No. We are listed on the translator lists of the British and U.S. Embassies in Riyadh, but acceptance is decided by the receiving authority.

My bank statement is thirty pages. Will you translate all of it?

Yes, every page and transaction as it appears. Send it and we will confirm the delivery time.

My visa centre appointment is the day after tomorrow. Is there enough time?

Usually yes for a standard file, but send the documents now so we can confirm timing with your quote.

Can you translate documents for family members of other nationalities?

Yes, from and into any language, with consistent name spellings across the whole family file.
