How to Order Certified Translation from Our Al Khobar Branch

Ordering a certified translation in Al Khobar, Dammam or Dhahran rarely needs a visit. Most clients complete the whole order on WhatsApp: a photo of the document, then a quote, then the stamped translation. If you prefer to come in, our Al Khobar branch welcomes you during opening hours. This page explains both routes step by step.

24/7

Option 1: WhatsApp (fastest)

1. Photograph the document

Place it on a dark surface in good light and capture the whole page without cropping edges or stamps. For multi-page documents send every page, or a PDF if you have one. For cards such as iqamas and licences, photograph both sides.

2. Send it with three details

Send the images to +966 56 944 2222 and tell us:

  • Where the translation will be submitted (embassy, court, university, employer, customs and so on)
  • Which language you need
  • Your deadline, if you have a fixed appointment

Add a photo of your passport data page so we can match your name spelling.

3. Receive your quote

We reply with the cost and delivery time. Prices are quoted per request, and for urgent orders the urgent fee is shown in the same quote.

4. Confirm

Once you approve, the translator starts and a second translator then checks names, figures and dates.

5. Receive your translation

Once the translation is finished, we send you a stamped, signed electronic copy on WhatsApp, on every order without exception. You still get the printed copy as well: we deliver it within Khobar, Dammam and Dhahran, or you collect it from the Al Khobar branch during opening hours. The electronic copy is handy for checking and for online uploads, though some authorities insist on the printed original.

Option 2: Visit the Al Khobar branch

Bring the original or a clear copy to: Office 205, 2nd Floor, Bldg 4, SQ Towers, Cooperation Council Rd, Al Khuzama, Al Khobar

  • Sunday to Thursday: 10:00 to 16:00
  • Friday and Saturday: branch closed; WhatsApp still takes orders

We do not have an office in Dammam. Clients in Dammam and Dhahran are best starting on WhatsApp and visiting only to collect, if they wish.

Option 3: Email

For large files or company documents, email info@almadanitranslation.co with the same details: receiving authority, language and deadline. You can ask for a non-disclosure agreement before sending.

For companies with regular orders

If your company sends documents regularly, such as new-hire files, shipment papers or technical reports, tell us in your first order. We keep a glossary of your company’s names and approved terms and agree one contact person and a preferred channel, WhatsApp or email, so later orders are faster and more consistent.

Tips that save time

  • Send every page at once; a missing page holds up the order
  • If the document is in Arabic, write the names in English as they appear in the passports
  • If you have an earlier translation of a related document, send it so we can keep spellings consistent
  • Ask the receiving authority in advance whether it needs extra attestation or a printed original
